Silverado is a fully trained stallion. He will field or hand breed and is easily handled by anyone--even this old lady. His foals have excellent conformation, good color, disposition and gait. Not much more to ask from a stallion. Oh wait! He's a great trail horse. He's been ridden by a 14 year old; novice riders, among mares, geldings and pay attention only to his rider. Silver is smooth in every gear and he's got a bunch of them. He also has a great canter but you probably won't need it. You can just glide along, chat with the other riders and enjoy the trail. I can't say enough good things about this fella. He's 1st rate both in the breeding shed and out on the trail. Leads, loads, stands for the farrier, easy to catch - DOES IT ALL and very well to boot. Our mares boast Coin's Hard Cash, Jose' Jose', Treasury Bill, Chance's Ivory Mist, Weekend Sweepstakes, Generator's Knight, Pusher, Pusher Apache's Man and some of the old time greats such as Last Chance, Carbon Copy, and Midnight Sun. We breed for horses under 15 hands that are naturally gaited.
