Jersey City Mayor Jerramiah T. Healy Joins More Than 300 People at July 21st Poolside Celebration

In recognition of a momentous year for Trump Plaza Residences Jersey City – the New Jersey Gold Coast’s most luxurious condominium tower – a poolside celebration was held last Thursday at the building, where an enthusiastic crowd gathered to celebrate summer and hear remarks by Donald Trump, Jr., Jersey City Mayor Jerramiah T. Healy and Barclay Jones.

The invitation-only event was hosted by the property owner, Vector Urban Renewal I L.P., and attended by local dignitaries, residents, and those involved with the development, and marked the sale of more than 340 – over 75 percent – of the building’s residences. “Trump Plaza Residences exemplifies the enviable lifestyle consistent with the Trump brand,” stated Donald Trump, Jr. “You can easily see the luxury and attention to detail that defines this property.”

In early 2010, a new marketing program was launched, with improvements to the property, including entrance and lobby enhancements and a redesign of the outdoor space in order to maximize the full potential of the pool with the addition of cabanas and “lounge areas” around the lawn. Celebrity interior designer Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz of Manhattan-based BNOdesign collaborated with Trump and the owner to redecorate the entrance and the public spaces – including the heated outdoor pool – giving these spaces the relaxed-yet-luxurious feeling of a hip urban mansion with a home-as-your-castle theme.
